Who are we?
Olivart Art Gallery is a commercial gallery led by Director Fina Olivart Hill and Gallery Coordinator Marc Sancho. Together, we are a well-rehearsed team with a dynamic mix of art and business expertise.
Fina Olivart is a practicing artist with firsthand experience and understanding into the
processes involved in making and exhibiting quality works in a gallery.
Marc Sancho is an independent art consultant who specialises in the primary and secondary
art market. He is director and founder of Artandaxia, an art advisory agency based in
Barcelona. Marc also works as freelance writer publishing in specialised magazines.
We are both committed to supporting, promoting and exhibiting high quality contemporary
art in a wide range of mediums at affordable prices.
Philosophy
We focus on supporting the work of artists who are beginning their careers in the art world, but we also represent artists who have a long-term practice in Barcelona.
Our artists work across all mediums including installation, painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, video or graphic work.
We collaborate with the Loop Festival, AIC and other art organisations and events and we are always open to new opportunities and proposals from our guild, as we understand these partnerships are essential for the diffusion of art in our country.
