Return and withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Olivart Art Gallery of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax or email).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by the party of the right of withdrawal be sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs . We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We can withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. In case of withdrawal, the buyer will be responsible for the return costs.

You must return or deliver the goods to the Olivart Gallery, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 7 days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you make the return of the goods before the 7 day period has ended.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

If you have already thrown away the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing the packing materials to send the works of art on a secure transport to the gallery. Olivart Art Gallery is not responsible for returns not delivered. Once the piece arrives safely at the gallery, we will process your return and the amount owed will be returned to your original form of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (less shipping charges and fees international, if any) within 7-10 business days of your return.
