The General Conditions of Sale and Use of the company described below, define the rights and obligations of buyer and seller. The completion of any purchase implies acceptance of these terms of use.
2. How to place the order

By clicking on the “Validate and pay” button during the process of placing an order, the buyer declares to accept fully and without reservations the totality of these General Conditions of Sale.
3. Prices
The prices of our products are indicated with all without taxes and transport costs included.
4. Payment
Payment for purchases is made through; Credit card or PayPal. The payment cards accepted are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. In case of payment by PayPal, the amount of the purchases will be charged to the PayPal account immediately. In case of a rejection of the bank, the order will be automatically canceled and the buyer will be informed by sending an e-mail. By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, buyers give their consent to receive the invoice electronically.
5. Delivery
Modalities and place of delivery: The products will be sent to the shipping address that the buyer has indicated during the process of placing the order. All our deliveries are notified to the buyer via email and will be made through the means of the carrier.

6. Legislation and competition
These General Conditions of Sale in Spanish will be executed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation, legislation to which the parties expressly submit. Any litigation that may arise from its validity, interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of the place of residence of the seller to whom exclusive and express attribution of competence is made.
